At Galia Lahav, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if your luxury garment is not a perfect fit, we offer a seamless return process for unworn items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made couture and final sale items are non-returnable to maintain the exclusivity of our designs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Await Authorization

  Our concierge team will review your request to ensure it meets our quality standards and will provide a prepaid shipping label and a Return Authorization (RA) number via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garment in its original luxury packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method upon inspection.
